Ingredients:
2 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon yeast
1 cup + 1 tablespoon warm water (105 to 115 degrees)
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
Directions:
Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Let sit for 5 minutes or until foamy. Combine flour and salt in mixer. Use paddle attachment to mix softened butter in flour. Then pour yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes. Sit for 1 - 1 1/2 hours in warm place, covered. Roll into breadsticks. Then let sit for another 1- 1 1/2 hours. Heat oven 400 degrees F and cook for 12 minutes. Try not to eat them all in one sitting!
