If I were to keep my "plain noodles" nature about me, I would just cook my burgers like I always do: just salt and pepper. However, I decided to spice things up this weekend and try out a new recipe. Let me know what you think!
1 lb ground beef
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Put ground beef in a bowl. Add all ingredients to bowl and then combine (stirring after each ingredient is added may cause them to not stay together as well). Press into 3 patties. Grill and enjoy!
